Wannabe influencer busted for pelting sleeping homeless victims with 'high-powered' water gun

A Houston man seeking attention online posted videos showing himself spraying homeless people with what police described as a “high-powered” water gun, in a social media stunt that quickly drew widespread backlash.

Christopher Cayce allegedly targeted several people, including individuals who were homeless or disabled, during incidents in Midtown Houston and along Bissonnet Street, a busy local corridor. Houston police said he taunted victims while blasting them with a motorized water gun, then shared the troubling footage on social media.

Cayce, 34, has been charged with two counts of assault causing bodily injury in connection with the incidents, according to the Houston Police Department.

“HPD Major Offenders & Westside Crime Suppression Team investigated multiple cases of disabled & homeless persons who had been shot with a high-powered, motorized water gun,” the department said.

The Facebook page Tut Tut Kingdom, which has nearly 50,000 followers, shared several videos showing people being sprayed as they walked along the street, waited at a bus stop or slept outdoors.

In one clip, the person filming appears to spray a sleeping homeless individual while shouting, “Wake up your motherf—king ass,” before laughing and driving away.

Videos of the incidents, which targeted unsuspecting passersby, have drawn more than 200,000 views online. Authorities said Cayce appeared in the social media footage and may have been involved in incidents at other locations as well, ABC13 reported.

According to the station, Cayce posted bond but remained in police custody, based on online jail records.
