Man Accused of Raping 3 Minors Faces New Charge While in Prison

A Pennsylvania man already awaiting trial on charges that he raped three minors is now facing an additional criminal case after authorities say he smashed a window inside a county prison.

Imarr Finley, 25, of Harrisburg, has been held at Dauphin County Prison since December 2024. He was arrested after prosecutors alleged he kidnapped a 12-year-old girl as she walked home from school, brought her to his residence and raped her, according to court records obtained by Pennlive.com.

Those records also show Finley has been charged in connection with the alleged rapes of two other girls, one 17 years old and the other reported to have been 13 or 14, Pennlive.com reported.

The latest charge is tied to a July 8 incident on P block at Dauphin County Prison. While Finley was out of his cell for recreation time, he allegedly broke a control room window, according to a probable cause affidavit cited by Pennlive.com.

The affidavit, filed by the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office, states that two correctional officers witnessed Finley breaking the window. Officials estimated the damage at $772.

Court records indicate Finley was charged Thursday with institutional vandalism, which is classified as a second-degree misdemeanor.

He was arraigned Thursday afternoon on the vandalism charge, and a preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 4. INC News has contacted the prison seeking comment.

The first alleged rape occurred on Nov. 25, 2024, in the uptown Harrisburg area, according to police.

According to Pennlive.com, the girl told authorities that a man dressed in all black and a mask over his face was following her.

The man, who police say was Finley, got the girl to follow him to his house, where he allegedly raped her and threatened the girl’s family if she told anyone, Pennlive.com reported. Days later on Dec. 4, 2024, Finley was arrested by Harrisburg police after he fled out the second story window of a home and tried to flee by running across rooftops, according to authorities.

On March 23, 2026, Finley was charged in connection with the rape of a 13- or 14-year-old girl who he allegedly lured to his house with a fake Snapchat photo, Pennlive.com reported.

Four days later, he was charged with raping a 17-year-old girl after authorities said DNA evidence tied him to the crime, according to the outlet.

Finley is being held without bond and is due to appear in court for the rape charges on July 30.
