GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Jennifer Gayle Reese, 46, was arrested yesterday after she allegedly exposed herself on a public sidewalk by pulling down her pants and lifting her shirt.
A Gainesville Police Department officer responded to an indecent-exposure report near Gallo Car Wash, 3020 NW 13th Street, at approximately 9:52 a.m. on September 24. The officer located Reese, who matched the description provided, in a nearby parking lot.
Reese reportedly denied exposing herself. However, a witness who happened to drive by while the officer was speaking with Reese identified her as the person the witness had seen exposing herself.
According to the witness, she was leaving the car wash when Reese approached her on the sidewalk. The witness said she tried to wave Reese on, but Reese refused, prompting her to continue forward and prepare to turn onto the street. When she looked for oncoming traffic, the witness said she saw Reese pull down her pants and underwear and raise her top, exposing her breasts and genitals.

Reese’s address is listed as GRACE Marketplace. She was charged with indecent exposure of sexual organs, and Judge Adam Lee set bail at $50,000. Although her complete criminal history was unavailable, Reese has three local nonviolent misdemeanor convictions and was found incompetent to proceed in a 2017 trespassing case. Local records show no arrests between 2017 and yesterday, though she was arrested multiple times in Broward County during that period.
