Adriana Lima has drawn fresh online concern after appearing noticeably slimmer during a recent outing in Paris, just weeks before she is expected to return to the Victoria’s Secret runway.
The 45-year-old supermodel attended the glamorous REVOLVE Magazine event during Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday, turning heads in a cropped leather trench dress. However, much of the attention quickly shifted to her visibly leaner appearance.
Lima, whose changing appearance prompted widespread discussion in 2023, showcased notably slender legs and a sharply defined jawline as she made her way to the event.
Social media users immediately weighed in, with one asking, “I’m sorry but WHAT happened to Adriana Lima’s legs???” Others speculated—without evidence—that weight-loss drugs such as Ozempic or cosmetic procedures including liposuction could be behind her new look.
“Her legs are smaller than my arms,” one follower wrote. Another simply commented, “Ozempic, that’s what happened.”
A third user referred to Lima’s previous explanation that she had lost weight after exercising consistently for a year, writing, “It’s called Ozempic, but she said she lost weight because she exercised a lot for a year. I didn’t believe her at first and here is the proof.”

“Because with legs like this, she surely didn’t hit the gym,” a separate user claimed.
Another speculated that her appearance reflected “muscle loss caused by whatever peptide she is using to lose weight,” though Lima has not said she uses such medication.
Other commenters pushed back against the criticism and defended the model. “She lost weight, damn it, she’s a model and she lost weight, omg what a novelty,” one person wrote.
“She’s beautiful. That guy who’s her husband is so lucky. Very lucky,” another added.
Lima is scheduled to walk in the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Los Angeles on October 18.

The latest discussion follows a similar wave of speculation in November 2023, when Lima attended the premiere of The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes.

Fans at the time pointed to apparent changes in her face, prompting intense online debate over whether she had undergone cosmetic treatment. Lima has not publicly confirmed those theories.

“I would have had no idea that was the same person,” one user wrote on X. Others wondered whether the Brazilian model was still experiencing swelling after a cosmetic procedure, mentioning possibilities such as a facelift or fillers, though there is no confirmation that she had undergone either treatment.
Another wrote: ‘What did she do to her face? and WHY? She was perfect before.’
At the time, Lima addressed the rumors, writing on Instagram: ‘This is the face of a tired mom of one teenage girl, two pre-teens, one active boy, a one-year-old learning to walk and three dogs… thanks for your concern.’
New York-based plastic surgeon Dr Jennifer Levine told Our News Outlet at the time that a number of procedures that could have led to her ‘swollen’ appearance, including fillers and a surgical brow lift – although she noted that it could also be caused by medications or health issues.
‘It appears that her face is swollen around the eyes and mouth especially, as her eyes seem smaller, the brow is unnaturally angled and her smile seems less genuine,’ she explained.
‘It is possible that she has had a combination of fillers, threads and some neuromodulators.’

Last month, Lima stepped out at Madrid Fashion Week and flaunted her sculpted arms in a black dress, with many fans believing the Brazilian model, who was a Victoria’s Secret Angel from 2000 to 2018, had transformed back into her old self.
Lima married film producer Andre Lemmers, 45, in 2024. The pair began dating at the start of 2021, before making their red carpet debut as a couple at Venice Film Festival that year.
They then welcomed their first child together in August 2022, a baby boy called Cyan Lima Lemmers.
This is her third child as she already shares two daughters, Valentina, 16, and Sienna, 13, with ex-husband and Serbian basketball player Marko Jaric, who she split from in 2014.
