The artist, whose full name is Lucki Camel Jr., 30, was reportedly caught up in a scuffle near the Los Angeles Convention Center.
Police sources told TMZ that Lucki had been taking photos with fans outside the venue when an unidentified person allegedly struck him on the side of the face.
Video circulating on social media showed people being ordered to leave the area. In the footage, someone could also be heard saying, “somebody just got stabbed.”
A separate social media clip appeared to show Lucki with a bloody wound on his neck. He was seen getting behind the wheel of a black vehicle before moving into the backseat.
Playboi Carti was also reportedly seen in a nearby vehicle during the disturbance, although he was not directly involved, People reported Sunday.

The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for Lucki, Playboi Carti and the Los Angeles Police Department for additional comment.
LAPD officers arrived at approximately 4:45 p.m. Saturday and found a fight in progress, according to a department statement obtained by People.
Police said a group of bystanders “quickly dispersed” while Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics were called to the scene.
Four people sustained injuries described by police as “consistent with stab wounds or lacerations.”
Two of those individuals were taken to a nearby medical facility with injuries that appeared to have resulted from a knife attack, law enforcement said.
A third person was transported separately to a nearby hospital with a “severe laceration believed to have been sustained during the altercation,” according to police.
Another person suffered a cut to the elbow but declined treatment from medical professionals, police said.
Authorities said it was unclear whether that individual later sought medical care or was taken to a hospital.
