WASHINGTON — President Trump is weighing whether to remove Kimberly Guilfoyle from her post as US ambassador to Greece following a series of reports alleging misconduct, according to sources who spoke with The Post.
A source close to the White House said Guilfoyle is “on very thin ice” as Trump considers what to do about her future in the administration.
One administration source said senior officials are “pissed off” and actively “looking to replace her.”
Another person close to Trump said it would be “almost inconceivable” for Guilfoyle to remain in the diplomatic role.
“If she survives this, she’s officially beaten ‘Trump World’ in legendary mode, defeated the final boss and unlocked an achievement no previous player thought was possible,” the person joked.

Guilfoyle, who was previously engaged to Donald Trump Jr. and was married to California Gov. Gavin Newsom, is facing a growing scandal involving allegations that she mistreated staff and used her position for personal benefit.
The Wall Street Journal reported that Guilfoyle asked a donor to cover a $100,000 credit card bill before her Senate confirmation hearing, allegedly in return for favors. The report also said she bragged about Greek tycoons funding her travel and told the donor, “I’m going to make you a lot of f—ing money,” as she sought access to an event.
The Daily Mail has also reported that Guilfoyle is the subject of an internal State Department investigation into her “tyrannical” tenure in Athens, including allegations of mistreatment involving members of her staff.
The Associated Press first reported Monday that Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio were discussing whether to fire Guilfoyle.
A White House spokesperson said they could not confirm whether Trump was considering removing her from the ambassadorship.
