Adrianne Curry, the first winner of America’s Next Top Model, has criticized Victoria’s Secret over Kylie Jenner’s casting in its annual fashion show.
Curry, 44, rose to fame after winning the debut season of the modeling competition in 2003. She later worked with brands and publications including Ed Hardy, Von Dutch, Playboy and Marie Claire.
Although she has stepped away from the modeling industry and now lives off the grid in Montana, the former reality television star remains active on social media.
In a livestream this week, Curry took aim at Victoria’s Secret and questioned the decision to have 29-year-old Jenner wear the $50 million Fantasy Bra.
“Everything is a f***ing virtue signal or ‘who’s the biggest influencer.’ I’m sorry, nothing against Kylie Jenner, [but] you’re not a f***ing model,” she said.
“You don’t have a model’s body. I don’t know why they put her in the [Fantasy Bra]. That’s for the belle of the ball. That is for the top Victoria’s Secret Angel,” Curry added.

“That is like winning homecoming queen, and they just give it to Jenner? Like, get the f**k out of here. Victoria’s Secret is a joke. Uh uh. F**k off,” she continued.

Jenner’s unexpected runway appearance at the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show sparked a divided reaction from viewers on Sunday.
Some critics called for the event to be canceled after The Kardashians star appeared in the brand’s signature, gemstone-covered $50 million (£38 million) Fantasy Bra. The show was held in Culver City, California.
The elaborate lingerie features a $22 million (£17 million) yellow diamond at its center, along with 4,410 natural diamonds. Wearing the Fantasy Bra is widely regarded as one of the industry’s most prestigious honors.
The bra returned to the Victoria’s Secret runway for the first time since 2018, while Jenner became the first model who was not an Angel to wear the famed piece.

“This is UNACCEPTABLE,” one viewer wrote on X. Another complained that “Victoria Secret [is] truly out of creativity.”
A third social media user joked, “Kendall didn’t answer so they had to call Kylie instead.”

Still, Jenner’s appearance also received support, with fans praising her beauty, poise and confidence as she walked the runway.
Previous models selected to wear the iconic Fantasy Bra include Gisele Bündchen, Heidi Klum, Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Tyra Banks and Candice Swanepoel.
For her headline-making appearance, Jenner wore the statement bra with a sheer miniskirt, silver panties, clear heels and dramatic white angel wings.
The reality TV star was cheered on by boyfriend Timothee Chalamet, 30, and mom Kris Jenner, 70, who watched from the front row.
After the show, Jenner, 29, took to her Instagram Stories, posting a close-up of her cleavage in the bra with the caption, ‘best day ever’.

Curry also said that Jenner does ‘not have a model’s body’ and that she shouldn’t have been selected to wear the prestigious piece of lingerie
Victoria’s Secret creative director Adam Selman told Vogue why Jenner was chosen for the special moment after the show aired.
‘Kylie really extends beyond fashion, beyond culture, beyond TV, beyond one singular thing,’ he told the publication. ‘That’s the exact same thing that we do. Like, the show is so big, it’s true entertainment, and I think that she is a great catalyst for that.
‘She’s really created her own culture – how many people can say that?’ he went on, adding that the ‘big idea for the show was fandomonium,’ he continued.
‘I think it’s an interesting pairing that we’re giving the fans: we’re giving them what they want with this amazing Fantasy Bra, and we’re going to put it on an unexpected talent who has a massive following and massive cultural impact.
‘I think it’s fun. I think it’s really joyful, and I think it’s fun to celebrate in a different way that people aren’t going to expect,’ he concluded.
