WWE Evolution 2025
WWE
WWE Evolution will air its second all-women’s show after the historic Evolution show in 2018 spearheaded by Ronda Rousey. Evolution will cap off a busy weekend of shows as WWE looks to counterprogram AEW, not just from a business standpoint, but for clicks, clout and buzz which is every bit as important to an upstart promotion like AEW.
Instead of AEW enjoying its finest hour all to itself, a Hangman Adam Page coronation will have to share the stage with Goldberg’s last match, NXT Great American Bash and the bevy of surprise returns and moments at WWE Evolution.

WWE SNME Preview And Predictions
WWE Women’s Battle Royal
The women’s Battle Royal figures to be a crowd-pleaser filled with surprises and women’s wrestling comfort food. Nikki Bella is one of the few announced participants after a Liv Morgan injury caused her match with the top star to be scrapped. I’m shooting for the moon with my expectations, as I’m hoping to see the returns of Paige (who recently teased a return during an interview with Chris Van Vliet) and AJ Lee (WWE recently uploaded “The Rise of AJ Lee” on the WWE Vault YouTube channel).
Prediction: Nikki Bella Wins
Jordynne Grace Vs. Jacy Jayne
Jordynne Grace and newcomer Blake Monroe have been doing an odd couples gimmick similar to Zaria and Sol Ruca. The only difference is I can see this strange bedfellows partnership quickly turning into a rivalry. Either Monroe causes Grace the NXT Women’s Championship, or turns on Grace after she dethrones Jane, thereby setting up a title feud between the two frenemies.
Prediction: Jordynne Grace def. Jacy Jayne
Jade Cargill Vs. Naomi
In a way, both Jade Cargill and Naomi are No. 1 Contenders for the WWE Women’s Championship. Cargill is the reigning Queen of the Ring after winning the tournament last month, while Naomi is the current Money in the Bank winner.
There’s a strong chance Naomi cashes in the Money in the Bank briefcase on Jade Cargill after Jade wins her first women’s title at SummerSlam, meaning Jade Cargill should be locked in to win a No Holds Barred match this time around.
Prediction: Jade Cargill def. Naomi
Fatal 4-Way Women’s Tag Team Title Match
Judgment Day has all the gold as Raquel Rodriguez slowly warms up to Roxanne Perez. Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss seem to have long-term plans as a team, and they’re a sneaky pick to spring the upset given the internal strife within the Judgment Day. Still, I see Perez and Rodriguez using this match as one of many to make things work out between the reluctant partners.
Prediction: Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez Retain
Tiffany Stratton Vs. Trish Stratus
Similar to Goldberg winning a world title in a special attraction match, Trish Stratus upsetting Tiffany Stratton would be the type of headline-stealing occasion that WWE is looking for on a weekend like this. But on the road to SummerSlam, with the Queen of the Ring and the Money in the Bank winner lurking, the Battle of the Blondes is trending to work out in Stratton’s favor. The current champion went off as a -2000 favorite against the WWE Hall of Famer, and a loss at Evolution would be truly shocking.
Prediction: Tiffany Stratton def. Trish Stratus
Becky Lynch Vs. Lyra Valkyria Vs. Bayley
Lyra Valkyria and Bayley seem to be in a footrace to decide who is going to turn heel first. Becky Lynch is far too likable to be a heel, and her villainous promos have seemed forced. Bayley also does her best work as a babyface, while Lyra seems to be slowly finding her voice as a heel. I expect Bayley and Lyra to somehow cost one another the match, setting the stage for a feud between the two where Lyra goes full heel.
Prediction: Becky Lynch def. Bayley and Lyra Valkyria
Rhea Ripley Vs. Iyo Sky
The story of this match is Rhea Ripley has never defeated Iyo Sky in singles action. WWE has beaten you over the head with this, and oh by the way, Rhea Ripley is a strong -550 favorite. It’s hard to believe WWE will spend all this time promoting a stat about its top babyface never being able to beat Iyo Sky, only to have her lose yet again. Rhea for the win.
