Exatlón Estados Unidos, the longest-running sports competition series on Spanish-language television, is set to make a striking return with its tenth season, exclusively on Telemundo. Featuring an exciting mix of new contenders and beloved champions, the show promises high-stakes action as participants vie for a grand prize of $200,000. Catch the season premiere on Tuesday, December 2, at 7 p.m. ET/6 p.m. CT.
Frederik Oldenburg will once again host the thrilling series, leading 20 competitors through the intense challenges that have become a hallmark of the Red and Blue Teams’ rivalry. This season introduces a dynamic roster, including Olympic medalists, professional athletes, and international sports champions, alongside iconic figures from previous seasons who are eager to reclaim their glory.
“We’re excited to deliver a season that promises to engage and inspire viewers, showcasing the resilience, team spirit, and competitive drive that have defined Exatlón from the beginning,” stated Francisco “Cisco” Suárez, EVP of Primetime Non-Scripted Programming and Specials at Telemundo.
Joining the competition are twelve fresh faces and eight seasoned veterans. Among them are:
• Yulisa Acevedo, a standout Mexican soccer player who first made waves in Liga MX Femenil and currently holds the title of “Most Valuable Player” in the Kings League Mexico.
• Lorenzo Figueroa, hailing from Miami, is the entrepreneurial son of music legend Chayanne and a former college basketball player.
• Yulisa Acevedo, Mexican soccer player who debuted in Liga MX Femenil and currently shines as Kings League Mexico “Most Valuable Player.”
• Lorenzo Figueroa, Miami native, son of music star Chayanne, and college basketball player turned entrepreneur.
• Johanna Gómez “La Flaca,” Colombian multisport athlete with experience in volleyball, track and field, and soccer.
• Alejandra Maldonado, former gymnast and high-performance heptathlon specialist from Sinaloa, Mexico, who set collegiate and U-23 records.
• Óscar Muñoz, Colombia’s first Olympic Taekwondo medalist who earned bronze at London 2012.
• Matías Ochoa, Argentine model, singer, influencer, and Top Chef VIP contestant.
• Dan Pastrana “El Halcón,” former professional baseball player from Puerto Rico, named 2017 “Rookie of the Year.”
• Kelly Ríos “La Guajira,” Colombian lawyer and athlete recognized as the “Best Athlete Influencer of the Year” (Instafest Awards 2023).
• María Antonieta Rodríguez, Venezuelan professional swimmer, crossfit athlete, and nutrition advisor.
• Edrei Salas, Mexican basketball player, part of the Querétaro state team for over six years and two-time MVP of the CONADEIP (2016–2017).
• José Juan “Gallito” Vázquez, Mexican soccer midfielder who competed in the 2014 World Cup and won Liga MX, Copa MX, and Supercopa MX titles.
• Frank “Franz” Weber, three-time Mexican national elite climbing champion and World Cup Boulder competitor.
They join previously announced veterans Anisa Guajardo, Denisse Novoa, Emmanuel Jáquez, Fernando Lozada, Kelvin Rentería, Polo Monárrez, Viviana Michel, and Wilmarie Negrón.
