Angela Simmons found popularity between 2005-2009 with her family’s MTV reality show Run’s House. She and her sister, Vanessa Simmons are designers for the shoe brand Pastry Footwear in 2007 as part of Run Athletics. She is an ambassador for the Children’s Miracle Network. As of 2016 she stars in the reality television program Growing Up Hip Hop and is also set to star in a new television series title, Just Angela, on Aspire TV.
