Who is Joey King’s sister Hunter King?
Haley Ashley King, better known as Hunter Haley King was born on the 20th October 1993, in Ventura County, California USA, of Jewish descent. She is a 25 year old actress, primarily recognized for her roles in the television series “Hollywood Heights” (2012), “The Young and the Restless” (2012–) and “Life in Pieces” (2015–). Hunter started her acting career under the name of Haley King, but is now credited in films and series as Hunter King. Her career has been active since 2001.

Hunter King Bio: Early Life, Family and Education
Hunter King was raised by her father Terry and mother Jamie King. Her father was a professional arm wrestler, with whom the famous actor Sylvester Stallone consulted when he was filming the arm wrestling movie “Over the Top”. Hunter has an older sister named Kelli, and a younger one named Joey. All three of the sisters caught the acting bug at a very young age, and became members of local theater groups and school drama clubs. Hunter honed her acting skills in the Agoura Hills theater in California, but in addition to acting, she was also interested in singing when she was a child, and was a cheerleader in high school. She was also a sports person and did gymnastics but was forced to stop because of an injury. Unfortunately, there is no information regarding the names of the schools she attended, and whether or not she studied at college.
Growing up in a close proximity to Hollywood, Hunter managed to get her first acting credit when she was only eight years old, when cast as Amanda in Steven Spielberg’s 2001 science fiction blockbuster “A.I. Artificial Intelligence”. After that, she made her small screen debut in an episode of the third season of the television series “Roswell”, and followed with a series of guest appearances in shows such as “Hidden Hills”, “Deus Ex Machina”, “Line of Fire” and “Without a Trace”. In 2006 she acted in two episodes of the crime drama “Dexter” as the younger version of the female protagonist Debra Morgan. After that, she appeared in two more high-profile television series – the highly popular medical drama “ER”, and Disney channel’s hit show “Hannah Montana”. In 2010 she was cast in her first television movie “It Takes a Village”, in which she played a teenage girl named Alyssa.
Rise to Prominence
Hunter King’s rise to prominence came in 2012 when she acquired the role of Adriana Masters in the Nick at Nite’s family drama series entitled “Hollywood Heights”, appearing in 69 episodes of the show, which proved crucial for the next part of her career, as it was during the filming of the show that she met executive producer Jill Farren-Phelps, who saw Hunter’s talents and offered her the role of Summer Newman Travers in the soap opera “The Young and the Restless”. Hunter agreed to take on the role almost immediately, and it soon became one of the most recognizable characters she ever played on screen, and which got her the most critical praise. She earned the nomination for the ‘Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series’ four times in the row, winning two. In addition, she earned two nominations for the ‘Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a Daytime TV Series – Young Actress’ as well. Concurrently she appeared in several episodes of the game show “The Price is Right” in 2013 and 2014, then in 2015 she acted in the drama film “A Girl Like Her” as Avery Keller, and in the same year landed the role of Clementine in CBS’s comedy series “Life in Pieces”. Despite a tight schedule, she managed to simultaneously appear as a series regular in “The Young and the Restless”, and “Life in Pieces” up until 2018, when she left the comedy series.
Sexual Harassment Allegations
In 2013 Hunter King was the center of media attention after Radar Online published an article claiming that the actress accused her “The Young and The Restless” costar for unsolicited advances and groping. The article claimed that the actress threatened the producers she would go to the police unless the acto, Michael Muhney, was fired from the show immediately – he was fired from the show, but denied the accusations and said they were no more than rumors.
Speaking about her private life, the actress Hunter King started dating Nico Svoboda in July 2016. According to sources, Nico proposed to Hunter on 18th August 2018, but there is no indication that the couple are married yet, and they don’t have children. Hunter and Joey King’s older sister Kelli were hit by a semi truck while riding a bicycle in 2016, which caused a bit of worry among the fans, but the oldest King sister has recovered fully since. Hunter and Joey were great support during the months of recovery.
Landing her first role when she was only eight years old, Hunter King has built quite an impressive resume over the years. The “Young and Restless” star has accumulated a net worth of around $2 million over the years, authoritative sources have estimated.
