There’s been a surprising development in Alexia Nepola’s love life.

During a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, a star from The Real Housewives of Miami was questioned about her ongoing connection with ex-husband Todd Nepola. As some may remember, the two decided to end their marriage in April 2024, but later reconciled while still proceeding with their divorce.

Alexia and Todd legally ended their marriage in March 2025, having come to an “amicable divorce settlement.” Despite their marriage reaching a formal conclusion, Alexia repeatedly maintained that their romantic relationship persisted—at least until a few days ago.

“Alexia, once and for all, what is your current relationship status with Todd?” host Andy Cohen asked during the June 18 “Truth Bomb” segment.

“So, currently, we’re not together,” Alexia said.

Andy then asked the Miami mom how recently she and Todd had been “intimate” together.

“Last few months?” he asked, to which Alexia replied, “No. The last few days.”

Andy was slightly confused by the response, as Alexia had just revealed she and Todd were no longer together.

“Well, today’s Wednesday. So, yeah,” she said, suggesting she and Todd had split in recent days. 

“That sh-t flips on a dime, Andy,” RHOM friend Marysol Patton added with a laugh. “It’s daily.”

Alexia admitted that numerous people, including her close friend Marysol, were skeptical of her frequently changing relationship with Todd and wondered why she struggled to part ways with him. Alexia chose not to share specific reasons but promised that more insights would emerge during RHOM Season 7, which debuted on June 11.

“You’re gonna have to watch the whole season,” Alexia said. “What happens is that you’re gonna see highs and lows in my relationship and in my journey. You guys don’t see the full story.”

Elsewhere in the episode, Alexia revealed where her sons, Peter and Frankie Rosello, stand with Todd. She said the boys — whom she shares with her first husband, Pedro Rosello — had no issues with her ex.

“You know, Frankie loves everyone. And Frankie has always had a lot of love for Todd,” she said. “And, you know, Peter [is] the same. They don’t butt into my business.”
