Saturday Night Live has been slammed after making a sordid joke about Elon Musk’s ‘pull out game’ over the weekend.
The NBC comedy series faced backlash after comedian Michael Che delivered a bold joke about the tech billionaire during the ‘Weekend Update’ segment.
The skit involved Che taking aim at Musk’s recent announcement about stepping back from his duties in the Trump administration’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) federal agency.
He then made a crude reference to the billionaire’s personal life and ‘pull out game’ that left some viewers outraged.
‘Elon musk announced that he will step back from his role with DOGE,’ the co-host said. ‘But as always Elon pulled out a little too late.’
The joke was referencing the ‘pull out’ method of contraception – a pointed jab at Musk, who is the father of 14 children.
The Tesla founder and X owner has fathered his children with four different women over two decades.
Users slammed the show in the comments with one writing: ‘Even Weekend Update is bad this week. Sad.’
‘SNL is so f***** hyper-liberal!!! Bring back the good old days with people like the original cast!’ another wrote.

The criticism didn’t stop there.
One user commented: ‘At the very least, SNL could buy a new laugh track.’
‘New writer for these guys? The jokes were so bad, they were laughing at each other’s bombs,’ another chimed in.
Meanwhile, NFL legend Bill Belichick and his 24-year-old girlfriend were also savagely mocked on SNL this weekend over their questionable age gap.
The NBC show roasted the whopping 48-year age difference between the former Patriots coach, 72, and his beauty pageant girlfriend Jordon Hudson in a politically charged joke.
The sketch featured James Austin Johnson’s Donald Trump impression alongside Mikey Day as advisor Stephen Miller in an executive order signing that made fun of the controversial romance.
‘Sir, this order will make it socially acceptable for a man in his 70s to date a 24-year-old,’ Day told Johnson in the skit.
‘That’s right, we’re calling it ‘The Belichick Law.’ We’re going to make girlfriends young again, okay,’ Johnson said.
Last month, the SNL cast brutally slammed Elon Musk during the show’s cold open, leaving the live audience – and viewers at home – groaning in discomfort.
The Tesla CEO, played by Mike Myers, was seen cutting off President Donald Trump – impersonated by James Austin Johnson – wearing a cheese hat like the Tesla CEO did on March 31 for a rally in Wisconsin.
‘Say cheese! Hahahaha, kidding, kidding,’ Myers said as he tossed the hat to the side.
‘That was from when I tried to buy the election in Wisconsin, uhhhh, I’m an idiot, I should’ve just bought Wisconsin,’ he added before suffering from a ‘glitch’ – a reoccurring mockery SNL makes of Musk.

Johnson then poked fun at Musk stepping down as the head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), and said: ‘Elon it was great, but sadly, it’s time to never see you again, OK? You gotta get back to Tesla, right? Because they’re doing pretty bad.’
‘Yes, recently our dealerships have been the target of many attacks and suddenly, no one likes Tesla cars. So, I ask myself why and then I answered myself, ’cause of me,’ Myers said as he broke into an awkward dance and chuckled.
The show made another pointed dig at the billionaire, as Myers announced the new Tesla ‘Model V,’ an electric car that is ‘self-vandalizing’ and comes with features like smashed headlights, slashed tires and ‘AI-powered graffiti’ that can either be in the shape of a penis or Swastika.
The show’s takedown of Musk left many viewers uncomfortable and angry, as one called the skit ‘really poor,’ adding: ‘Making fun of high functioning Asperger’s is so typical of the mentally ill left,’ referring to the tech CEO’s diagnosis he went public with four years ago on SNL.
