DaniLeigh and Dababy’s baby girl celebrated her first Easter this past weekend.
On Tuesday, DaniLeigh took to her Instagram to post an adorable series of photos from her first Easter with her daughter. The “Baby Say” singer captioned the series of snaps, “BabyLeigh first Easter,” “Princess Baby love,” and “The pink girls.”
DaniLeigh welcomed her first child with rapper DaBaby in August of last year. A couple of months after welcoming their daughter, the couple split and had a very public feud on Instagram Live.
During the heated exchange that took place last November, DaniLeigh shared that Dababy had called the police on her after attempting to kick out her and their newborn daughter from his home.
“We’ve been living with each other for the past three months since our baby been (sic) born,” the celebrity mom explained at the time. “Tonight he wanna come in the room talkin’ about ‘I need to go, don’t matter where I go,’” DaniLeigh added. “Mind you, I have a newborn child. So he said I can go to a hotel.”
She continued, “This all goes to say that this man is a f–king coward !!!! Ima learn and Ima grow … but this right here . ain’t it.. and Im sorry to my baby that her father is kicking her out her home at 3 months.”
DaBaby later responded to Dani’s claims with a lengthy statement explaining that he threw the mother of his child out because he felt threatened by her.
He said, “This here thing has gone far enough for shawty to crash out on her own and it’s saddens me because I still got a queen to raise.”
He continued, “….I done been beat on and yelled at and chased around like one of them Fatal Love Attraction type girls. But I knew to keep it together.”
