MTO News has learned that Justin’s legal team is currently negotiating with police for his surrender. And according to the streets, if Justin surrenders, he plans on “snitching” on the person whom the streets say hired him to commit the hit.

And we have reason to believe that Justin would snitch. MTO News obtained local reports which claim that Justin has snitched in the past.
