Russell Wilson and Ciara have listed one of Southern California’s most luxurious private estates for sale, setting a high bar with an asking price of $54.9 million. This sprawling 9-acre property, known as “Amor Estate,” is located in Rancho Santa Fe. If it sells near the asking price, it could shatter the current residential sales record in San Diego County, which stands at $50 million for a Del Mar beachfront estate sold earlier this year.

The couple acquired this estate for $14.5 million in 2021, shortly before Wilson’s high-profile move to the Denver Broncos. They invested heavily in a comprehensive renovation and redesign, transforming the early 2000s Mediterranean-style home into a high-end luxury resort. This overhaul included a complete revamp of key interiors and custom facilities tailored to their professional needs.

A Private Resort Built For A Quarterback And A Pop Star

Approached via a lengthy, palm-lined driveway, the main residence spans 30,000 square feet and boasts seven bedrooms. The home features a dramatic two-story entry, spacious living and entertainment areas, high coffered ceilings, covered loggias, and a game room complete with a full bar. The primary suite is particularly noteworthy, offering a fireplace, a custom walk-in closet with glass displays, and a dedicated glam room.

Under Wilson and Ciara’s ownership, the estate’s former equestrian arena was transformed into a full-scale football field, where Wilson often trained with teammates during the offseason. Meanwhile, Ciara’s interests are catered to with a professional recording studio separate from the main house.
