She was able to write off her acting career in her Memoir, stating that while her reviews were remarkable, she lacked the motivation and confidence to pursue a career as an actress. Sinatra went on to work as a theatrical agent under the name Arnold Stiefel in the entertainment sector. She was a representative for Robert Blake at one point during the process. She’s worked as a freelance film producer and appeared in the TV movie ‘Fantasy Island,’ which went on to become a pilot for a long-running TV series of the same name.

She was an executive producer for the Sinatra TV miniseries, which aired on CBS in 1992 and was about her father’s life. She was also able to work as a producer on the 2004 remake of her father’s 1962 picture, ‘The Manchurian Candidate.’ In the year 2000, she and Jeff Coplon co-wrote the memoir ‘My Father’s Daughter.’
