It seems a trial date has been set to January 24 next year with a current estimate of 10 days. However, Judge Hilary Manley has ordered a pre-trial review hearing to be held on October 8.

It is alleged that her 3-year relationship with Ryan from December 2017 and November 2020 was filled with harassment, humiliation, degradation, and abuse by Ryan.
