Her culinary journey began in Columbus, Ohio, where her grandparents’ garden sparked a passion for fresh ingredients and farm-to-table cuisine—a philosophy that continues to influence her cooking style.
After earning a degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, Brittany set her sights on New York City. At just 21, she began working with Chef Marc Forgione, before advancing her expertise in coastal Italian dishes at the two-star Michelin restaurant, Marea.
Returning to Charlotte, Brittany took the helm as Executive Chef at Stagioni, where she highlights authentic Italian flavors using seasonal produce and handcrafted elements. Renowned for her butchering prowess and kitchen speed, Brittany excels under pressure, infusing every creation with dedication and detail. Her commitment extends beyond the kitchen, as she serves as the chef chair for the Cookies for Kids Cancer Foundation and volunteers with Meals on Wheels.
