Tom, aged 31, is a creative business owner, passionate baker, and a participant in The Great British Bake Off (GBBO) 2025. Growing up in London, he honed his skills in making scones and flapjacks with his mother and Danish grandmother.

During his teenage years, Tom worried that his hidden passion for baking might reveal more about him. Today, as an active member of two queer sports teams and dating his boyfriend of three years, the truth seems inevitable.

After taking a step back from his advertising agency, he has rekindled his love affair with food, infusing his artistic touch into each of his aesthetically pleasing creations.

Tom comes from a family that loves food, and when he’s not busy, you’ll find him out fishing for Sea Bass with his brother, hunting for mushrooms, or making roasts with his father.

Tom is among the bakers vying for victory in the 16th season of The Great British Bake Off on Channel 4. Contestants will face each other in the renowned baking tent, all under the scrutiny of judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith, with hosts Alison Hammond and Noel Fielding.

In an interview with Channel 4 about his baking talents, Tom confessed that timing is his biggest challenge, but his creativity truly shines through. “My strength lies in having less conventional baking training, leading to ideas that may seem quite unusual. When executed well (which, admittedly, isn’t always), people tend to appreciate the unique concepts and flavors.”
