Oscar Diaz, a distinguished chef and participant on Bravo’s “Top Chef,” currently helms three establishments in Durham, NC: Little Bull, AAKTUN, and TaTaco. A two-time semifinalist for the James Beard Award in the Best Chef Southeast category, Diaz’s culinary journey began in Chicago, where he was raised by Mexican immigrant parents.
