Judge Andrea Ricker Wolfson serves on the Circuit Court of Florida’s Eleventh Judicial Circuit. Her appointment to this position came in June 2018 from then-Governor Rick Scott, succeeding Judge Antonio Marin upon his resignation. Currently, she manages cases in the Criminal Division.

Initially, Wolfson joined the judiciary as a County Court judge in May 2010, thanks to an appointment by former Governor Charlie Crist. She successfully retained her position through elections in 2012 and 2018, and further advanced to the Circuit Court bench in 2020. During her time in County Court, Wolfson handled cases related to DUI, criminal traffic, misdemeanors, civil domestic violence injunctions, and uncontested divorces.

In addition to her regular duties, Judge Wolfson also took on appellate responsibilities for administrative cases and co-chaired the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Professionalism Committee. As a Circuit Court judge, she oversees significant felony cases, including those eligible for the death penalty.
