Dolores Catania has shared another look at her growing blended family.

On May 21, a notable figure from The Real Housewives of New Jersey took to Instagram to celebrate Nicole Perricho, her future daughter-in-law. Dolores shared that their family gathered at the Jersey Shore last week for an intimate celebration of Nicole’s 30th birthday. Among those present were Dolores’s son and Nicole’s fiancé, Frankie Catania, Dolores’s long-term partner Paul “Paulie” Connell, her ex-husband Frank Catania Sr. with his wife Brittany Mattessich, and Dolores’s daughter, Gabby Catania.

“Still smiling after the most amazing weekend at the shore celebrating our beautiful Nicole’s 30th birthday!” Dolores wrote alongside a video post. “So lucky to have added such a special woman into our family!! Here’s to 30, and to all the love ahead!”

The home-based party was nothing less than ideal. Dolores’s Instagram clip showcased an all-pink theme, featuring a lovely balloon arch and exquisite tables adorned with floral arrangements, tulle runners, candles, and light pink glassware. There were also touches reflecting Nicole’s work as an aesthetic nurse injector, with lip-shaped cookies on the tables and her business logo prominently displayed beneath the balloon arrangement.

“This is 30. Thank you so much to my fiancé [Frankie] for making my birthday so special,” Nicole captioned a May 21 carousel. 

Nicole also gave a shoutout to Dolores, Frank Sr., Brittany, and her mom, Rosa Perricho, for “helping set everything up and making the most perfect unforgettable day.”

“Feeling so lucky and blessed,” she concluded the caption.

The party went down just several months after Frankie proposed to Nicole in New York City. Dolores spoke about the big moment in an interview with Us Weekly, saying “it was a lot of fun” to be involved.

“[Nicole] was very surprised,” Dolores recalled. “She got engaged in front of St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and then Frankie had the lady chapel behind the altar, and all her family and friends were there. A lot of thought went into it… It was just beautiful. [Frankie] set the bar pretty high.

“She’s a beautiful girl and I’m very happy for both of them,” she added.

Dolores later revealed that Frankie and Nicole may have two wedding ceremonies: one in Europe and another in the States.

“They want a destination wedding in Portugal,” Dolores said during a March appearance on Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea. “Yeah, so we’ll do that and then he’ll have to have something here because my family doesn’t leave Paterson, [New Jersey], so not happening. I got them to New York, that was far enough… So, it’s gonna be probably two weddings.”
