Despite their ups and downs, the Next Gen NYC cast ended Season 1 on a high note.
Gathering to enjoy a round of bowling at Georgia McCann’s trial run for her bowling alley-themed “Club Club” were Ariana Biermann, Riley Burruss, Ava Dash, Gia Giudice, Brooks Marks, Hudson McLeroy, and Charlie Zakkour. Emira D’Spain was in France, and Shai Fruchter’s absence went unexplained.
“Within this friend group, we’ve definitely had our minor disputes,” Ava mentioned, “but at the end of the day, we’re able to come together, support each other, and I really appreciate that.”
Georgia later shared in a confessional, “New York can feel quite isolating, which is why having a close-knit community is crucial. Having trustworthy and loving people to rely on makes a significant difference.”
Below, catch up on everything the cast has been up to since filming wrapped.
How Ariana Biermann and Hudson McLeroy ended Season 1 of Next Gen NYC
With “some really great friends” (including bestie Riley) in her corner, Ariana declared that her and Hudson’s first summer in NYC was everything she hoped it would be. After predicting that she would be “full New York” in a year’s time, several flash-forwards gave glimpses at the couple’s life, including working on their fashion line launch and “first snow,” before landing at the one-year anniversary of them moving to the Big Apple.

“New York definitely had its moments when it tried me this last year,” she said, boasting about finally learning correct neighborhood pronunciations. “I don’t know if I would necessarily say I’m a New Yorker, but I think I’m on my way.”
Post-filming, Ariana and Hudson also recently moved into a new apartment.
How Riley Burruss ended Season 1 of Next Gen NYC
After their brief drama in Next Gen NYC‘s penultimate episode, Riley hashed things out with Ariana and confided in her about her anxiety surrounding her own future plans.
“I’m so stressed not knowing what’s next. Like, what do I try to home in on?” Riley asked her fellow The Real Housewives of Atlanta daughter.

When Ariana asked, “What’s the worst that could happen?” she replied, “Failure.”
During a July 2025 appearance with mom Kandi Burruss on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, though, Riley revealed that she is currently studying to enter a master’s degree program and confirmed she has a new boyfriend.
How Brooks Marks ended Season 1 of Next Gen NYC
Despite initially suggesting a “merger” Brooks moved on from his role as creative director at his mom, The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member Meredith Marks’ company, to focus on his own fashion brand.
“Moving to New York changed my life entirely,” he said. “I’m not working for my mom anymore. And I do think the cord has kinda been cut. I mean, it might be hanging on by, like, a thread, but I cut it.”
Brooks and his boyfriend, Kade, are also still together.
“I feel like my relationship with Kade is so healthy. I just feel like I don’t deserve it,” he told Emira, who replied, “You deserve it. This is, like, genuinely the happiest I feel like I’ve ever seen you.”
How Gia Giudice ended Season 1 of Next Gen NYC
While lunching with Ariana and Hudson, Gia hinted that she and longtime boyfriend Christian Carmichael would be engaged “soon.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey daughter added in a confessional, “Christian and I are really getting serious about moving in together.”
In an exclusive chat with The Daily Dish, Gia also said that she’s still living in New Jersey with her family, including mom Teresa Giudice, for now as she and Christian figure out a game plan.

“We are both young and have so much time to move in together, even if it doesn’t happen right away” she explained. “It will mostly depend on logistics with his work and whether commuting makes sense. But we are very much still together and in love and wherever a move takes me, he will be there all the time.”
As for their potential engagement, Gia added, “Christian and I are really happy in our relationship. We know we’re in it for the long haul, but we’re not putting pressure on ourselves with timelines. It will happen when it’s meant to, and we’re enjoying every moment and having fun together in the meantime.”
Still “thriving as an influencer,” Gia said she is also still close with the Next Gen NYC cast, including Brooks, Riley, and Ariana: “Honestly, being a “Housewife Kid” is such a unique thing and it’s been amazing to get to know other people that have been through this experience since childhood. There are always ups and downs, but I’m loving the friendships I’m growing with all of them.”
How Ava Dash ended Season 1 of Next Gen NYC
After bringing her “new man,” Hook, to Georgia’s bowling event, Ava’s dad, Damon Dash, asked if they’d “talked about marriage yet.”
Ava shared, “He wants me to move in with him,” prompting her famous father to quip, “Damn, were we gonna stay then?”
Her response? “Get your own crib. I can’t enable you.”
How Emira D’Spain ended Season 1 of Next Gen NYC
As seen in the Next Gen NYC finale, Emira continued to jet around the globe with her boyfriend, Kevin Stefanick, as she continues her successful career as a content creator.
In her aforementioned conversation with Brooks, Emira agreed that they both have “the best relationship ever,” joking, “Not us booed up.”
How Georgia McCann ended Season 1 of Next Gen NYC
Throughout the course of the finale, Georgia went from announcing that she and boyfriend Omar were officially exclusive to them moving in together, before eventually revealing that they’d broken up. In a “shocking turn of events,” she and Charlie became roommates.
“The breakup with Omar was logistically rough because we were living together and the end was quite messy,” Georgia revealed in an exclusive interview with The Daily Dish. “I’m doing well now and focusing on my dream life and not [living] vicariously through someone else.”
She also shared that “dating has been interesting” and after “another crypto guy” romanced her, she ultimately decided to stay in NYC and focus on her party-planning career.
Unfortunately, her bowling-themed Club Club never opened in the wake of her split.
“There was some drama with that once the breakup with Omar happened; it’s a long story,” Georgia added, promising “bigger and better things are on the horizon.”
As for her cast friendships, Georgia said she’s been “hanging out with Ava and Brooks a lot” and has also “been running into Ariana and Hudson,” and talking to Shai “a decent amount.”
However, Georgia concluded, “I do not speak to Charlie at all.”
How Charlie Zakkour ended Season 1 of Next Gen NYC
Despite his and Georgia’s falling out after becoming roommates, Charlie insisted that his “loyalty” was with her.
However, as of the Season 1 finale, Charlie was consulting on a project with her ex, explaining, “I’m trying to help raise some money for Omar’s business that he’s starting.”
