As Gia Giudice prepares to join the cast of Bravo’s Next Gen NYC, she’s already amassed an impressive resume with diverse roles to support her bustling career. Since her introduction on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Gia has matured significantly, and her professional life is now flourishing across multiple platforms.

How to Watch

Watch Next Gen NYC on Bravo Tuesday, June 3rd at 9/8c and next day on Peacock.

Previously, she ventured into the fashion industry by launching her line. Following that, Teresa Giudice’s daughter has continually broadened her career horizons. We delve into the empire Gia is constructing and has been developing over the years in fields like social media and podcasting.

Gia Giudice explains what she does for a living

After completing her degree at Rutgers University in 2023, Gia decided to pause her plans for law school, choosing instead to concentrate on other exciting opportunities and projects that have come her way.

Gia Giudice hosts a podcast and teases what’s next for it

In 2025, Gia launched her podcast, Casual Chaos, and hopes to expand it in a major way down the line.

“I would love to go on tour with this podcast,” Gia told PopCulture in a recent interview. “I have put a lot of effort into this podcast, and I hope my fans see that with just the efforts…that I put in to really show that this podcast is going to be amazing. So I hope my audience thinks the same.”

Gia Giudice details her career as an influencer

On her podcast, Gia explained why she decided to pursue a career as an influencer. “The opportunities were endless,” she said in an episode earlier this year. “I’m just never going to be in my 20s again, getting these opportunities, and I really just wanted to capitalize on it. That’s literally it.”

Teresa is also incredibly supportive of Gia’s work as an influencer, telling The Daily Dish in 2024, “Right now and she’s focusing on her influencing career, and she’s doing phenomenal with that.”

Gia Giudice opens up about her plans to be a lawyer

For now, Gia has been open about the fact that she put her law school dreams on hold for the time being to pursue these other opportunities. “If my heart was fully set on becoming a lawyer, I would have had to give up social media, give up everything I was doing, and honestly give up the money coming in. I’m just being real with you,” she said on her podcast earlier this spring. “So at that point, I was like, ‘Am I really going to stop all of this right now?’”

Teresa has also been supportive of Gia’s decision to defer law school and a legal career. “She took her LSAT. And then she was studying to take her LSATs again, but she wasn’t ready at the moment. So she just wanted to take a break,” Teresa explained to The Daily Dish late last year. “I told her, I [said], ‘Listen, you have your whole life ahead of you.’She finished college, and she did great, and I’m like, ‘You know what, take a break, focus on your influencing career… then you can go back to studying and take your LSATs again.’”

Gia has made it clear in the past, however, that the “chapters not closed” on going to law school down the line.

How does Gia Giudice make money?

As mentioned, Gia hosts her podcast and also works as a content creator and social media influencer. During an appearance on the Trading Secrets podcast last year, she shared how she supports herself financially and doesn’t rely on her parents, Teresa and Joe Giudice.

“I am completely on my own in the way of — besides my living situation. I still do live [at] home with my family — but financially, I do cover everything myself,” she said of living at home with her mom and stepdad, Luis “Louie” Ruelas, in New Jersey (her dad, Joe, lives in the Bahamas). “I don’t really get money from my parents anymore.”

What’s next for Gia Giudice’s career?

It seems like the sky’s the limit as Gia continues to find various endeavors to add to her resume. Teresa even previously teased the idea of opening a restaurant and having her family be involved. “Gia will be helping. She would want to work there also and help me,” she explained last year. “And the girls, too. So it’d be like, me and the girls.”

Whatever her career takes her next, Gia revealed in a recent Instagram post that she’s currently “booked, busy, and happy.”
