Larsa Pippen’s relationship with Jeff Coby is getting more and more serious.

Ever since confirming their relationship in the spring, the couple has openly shared their plans to marry in the future. Larsa brought up the subject again during an interview with People magazine, revealing that she and her basketball player boyfriend have already started conversations about her potential engagement ring.

“I feel like we’re headed in a great direction right now,” said the star of The Real Housewives of Miami. “We agree on everything. He’s been inquiring about my preferred stone shapes, and I’ve been dropping hints … We haven’t really discussed the size yet, but we have talked about how I prefer a brilliant cut or an oval … I find those to be really charming.”

Larsa had earlier mentioned that she and Jeff began their relationship in late 2024 but chose to make it public only by April. As a mother of four, she initially aimed to keep things private, but as their relationship deepened, maintaining secrecy became increasingly challenging.

“I didn’t want to share it with the world, but now I’m in a place where we get along really well, we basically do everything together, and so now we’re more open,” Larsa explained. “But I think the first few months, I feel like we were together every day and just did very normal things, and nobody even knew that we were together.”

Larsa said she liked the fact that Jeff had a good relationship with her children: sons Scotty Jr. Pippen, 24; Preston Pippen, 22; Justin Pippen, 20; and 16-year-old daughter, Sophia Pippen — all of whom she shares with her ex-husband, NBA legend Scottie Pippen.

“He’s just so family-oriented and just so kind, and I just feel like he’s my guy. He just has all the qualities that I really love,” Larsa said before highlighting Jeff’s bond with her kids. “They play board games. They love to hang out. They talk basketball… I feel like [Jeff is] very normal, and him around my family is just an easy place for us.”

Larsa and Scottie finalized their divorce in December 2021, more than 23 years after they got married. The Miami Housewife touched on her and Scottie’s co-parenting relationship in an interview with The Daily Dish, insisting they’ve maintained a healthy dynamic since their split.

“Scottie is doing great. We always had a great relationship,” she said. “I picked a good guy to have kids with, because we literally raise our kids the same way. You know, our goals are the same for our kids. We wanna see our kids win, be happy, and so you can see the product of how we raise our kids.”
