The WWE icon passed away due to acute myocardial infarction, also known as a heart attack, as reported by medical reports. This was confirmed by the Pinellas County Forensic Science Center, which noted that Hogan had a history of atrial fibrillation (AFib), a condition characterized by an irregular heart rhythm.
Furthermore, records disclosed that Hogan was privately combating chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), a form of blood cancer. His wife, Sky Daily, had previously denied health speculations, asserting,
“His heart is strong, and there was never any lack of oxygen or brain damage” .
Emergency services were dispatched to his residence in Clearwater, Florida, on July 24 following a report of cardiac arrest. He was declared dead shortly after arriving at Morton Plant Hospital.

“Hulk is going great, doing phenomenal!”
just days before his passing. Yet, the wrestler had undergone multiple surgeries, including a four-level neck fusion in May 11.
WWE honored him in a statement:
“One of pop culture’s most recognizable figures, Hogan helped WWE achieve global recognition”.
His daughter Brooke Hogan, despite past estrangement, wrote,
“When he left this earth, it felt like part of my spirit left with him”.
