Dr. Nicole Martin, alongside her fiancé Anthony Lopez and their two kids, is relocating! As reported by The New York Post, the former The Real Housewives of Miami personality sold her Coral Gables waterfront estate to UK pop sensation Robbie Williams. The estate was purchased in a private transaction for $40 million, with an additional $5 million covering the cost of furnishings.
The next home for Nicole and Anthony is yet to be revealed. Meanwhile, Robbie has significant plans for the expansive 19,380-square-foot residence, featuring a 75-foot dock and panoramic waterfront views from three sides of the property.
Robbie and his development team plan to enlarge the estate by adding between 2,500 and 3,000 square feet. This expansion includes a 2,000-square-foot guest house, potentially serving as a recording studio for the globe-trotting musician. The home is already equipped with seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a garage that accommodates 18 cars.

Inside Nicole Martin’s remodel of her house in Coral Gables
Before selling, Nicole and Anthony undertook remodeling of their home. In Season 6, Episode 10 of RHOM, Anthony gave Nicole a tour of their house during its renovation. “You weren’t kidding about it going fast; this is incredibly quick,” Nicole shared with Anthony in the episode.
“It just feels so much more open, and I’m really excited because I can start to see the future vision,” she noted during a confessional in the episode.

She continued during the episode, noting how she and Anthony take on their home renovations together. “Anthony and I have a very good balance when it comes to how we do homes,” she explained in another confessional. “Anthony is like a control freak. I get overwhelmed if there’s too many choices. So he will go and narrow decisions down to about three or four options and then present those three or four options to me. He starts the process and then we kind of finish them together.”
During her tour, Nicole explained their approach to the remodel of their home. “When we remodeled, we wanted things to kind of look a little unfinished, so these are marble tiles that we procured from a church in Europe. And I actually love that we left them unfinished,” she explained. “You know, they’ve got imperfections, you can see some of the old rust stains, we did grout them. And I think it gives the house a lot of charm and character.”
