Marc Gambit Toney, born on February 24, 1995, in Mountain View, California, tragically passed away on September 14, 2023, as a result of an accident.
He was a cherished son, brother, and friend, known for his zest for life to push the boundaries.
After graduating, Toney moved to San Francisco, where he enjoyed life in the city.
He was employed at Crowdstrike for two years immediately after leaving college and spent the last three years at Salesforce as an Account Executive.
Marc is survived by his parents, Steve and Maider, and his three brothers, Andrew (Samantha), Shawn (Ashley), and Scott Toney.
His family, friends, and community are mourning the loss of a vibrant young man who had so much more to give.
A fundraiser was organized on behalf of Maider Toney to remember and honor Marc’s life.
The outpouring of support is a testament to the impact Marc had on those around him.
The young man’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him, and his legacy will continue to inspire those who follow in his footsteps.
His funeral service was held at St Simon Church in Los Altos on October 11, 2023.
The family requested business casual attire for the service, and colors were encouraged instead of black.
This gathering allowed those who knew Toney to come together, remember him, and celebrate his life.
