In a shocking turn of events, Sherman, once a familiar face on the popular courtroom show Justice For All with Judge Cristina Perez, has been charged with the murder of his wife.
The incident reportedly stemmed from an argument over steroid use annd over the heat of incident the cop allegedly shot his wife.
Spivey, who played the role of a bailiff on the reality show from 2012 to 2016, was also a deputy with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office in Houston since 1998.

The fateful night began with a domestic disturbance call at around 3 a.m. Authorities arrived to find him with a gunshot wound to his leg.
Inside the residence, they discovered the lifeless body of Patricia Ann Marshall Spivey, who had also been shot.
