Following a shooting incident, two individuals were transported to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office headquarters for questioning, according to JSO Sgt. Kyle Matthews.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Authorities discovered a man fatally shot in the garage of a Mandarin neighborhood residence on Monday evening, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office confirmed to First Coast News early Tuesday.

Sgt. Kyle Matthews reported that officers were dispatched to the 11000 block of Rustic Green Court in response to the shooting, arriving around 5:30 p.m. on Monday.

Upon their arrival, they found a man, approximately aged between 30 and 40, deceased from gunshot wounds, Matthews stated.

Two people present at the scene were subsequently transported to JSO headquarters for further interviews, as noted by Matthews.
