JURORS in Harvey Weinstein’s sex crimes retrial are stuck in limbo as deliberations continue for the third day.

On Monday morning, the jury sent a note to the judge requesting clarification on the protocols regarding a hung jury, indicating that there might be disagreement among the jurors about Weinstein’s verdict.

Comprised of seven women and five men, the panel started deliberating on Thursday over two charges of criminal sexual acts and one charge of rape against the fallen film mogul.

Weinstein, 73, has pleaded not guilty.

The jury has shown signs of multiple issues with coming to a decision on the retrial.

On Monday morning, jurors sent back-to-back notes to the judge.

In one note, a juror asked to speak with the judge. It’s unclear what the topic of conversation is.

In the other note, the jury requested hung jury rules and the rules of deliberations.

Judge Curtis Farber emphasized that there’s no indication that the jury is hung yet.

On Friday, Farber denied a juror who asked to be removed.
