Authorities were dispatched to the OG Hotel in Klemzig, situated in the northeastern part of Adelaide, shortly after 9:40 PM last night following a report of a stabbing incident.
According to police, a 21-year-old man from Seacombe Gardens was confronted and assaulted by two individuals at a nearby store.
In a desperate bid for help, the young man, bleeding profusely from a neck wound, managed to reach the hotel seeking assistance.
Swift action by paramedics, followed by medical intervention at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, was crucial in saving his life. Initially in critical condition, he is now reported to be stable.
The establishment where the victim worked showed signs of having been thoroughly ransacked.
Meanwhile, the suspects responsible for the attack have evaded capture and are still at large.
