BOLO: 14-Year-Old Colorado Girl Missing Since October

Authorities in Colorado are on the lookout for a 14-year-old girl who has been missing since the end of October.

The Colorado Bureau of Investigation reports that Azlyn Lapenna was last spotted on October 30 near Newland Street and West 44th Avenue in Wheat Ridge. This prompted the CBI to issue an endangered persons alert on Sunday night.

Azlyn is described as standing 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing around 130 pounds. She has hazel eyes and light brown hair.

She was last seen wearing dark plaid pajama pants and a black hoodie. Police said there are concerns about her mental health, KKTV reports.
