BOLO: Silver Alert Issued, Missing Indianapolis Teen Possibly Kidnapped by Ex-Boyfriend

Indianapolis police issued a Silver Alert for a teen who hasn’t been seen since Friday, and considered to be in immediate danger.

Police report that 19-year-old Destanee Williams went missing at approximately 3:30 a.m. on Friday from a residence in the 7800 block of Penobscot Drive, located on the eastern side of the city near Brookville Road.

NBC 13 states that a representative from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department indicated that Williams’ ex-boyfriend, 28-year-old Cieyon Wheeler, broke into her home with a firearm and compelled her to leave.

Police reportedly said that it’s unclear whether the pair left by foot or a vehicle.

Williams is identified as a Black woman, approximately 5 feet, 3 inches tall, and weighing 190 pounds. She sports shoulder-length dreadlocks in shades of brown, black, blonde, and blue, and has brown eyes.

When she disappeared, Williams was wearing a black hoodie and gray pants featuring black letters. She has a lip piercing and a neck tattoo.

“We believe Destanee is in imminent danger,” the IMPD conveyed in a statement. “If you encounter either Destanee Williams or Cieyon Wheeler, please contact 911 without delay.”

Tipsters can also contact IMPD Missing Person’s Unit at 317-327-6160 or anonymously to Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at 317-262-8477.
