WOODLAND PARK, Colo. — The suspect involved in the alleged robbery of a Woodland Park hotel at gunpoint Saturday was arrested, Woodland Park police announced Tuesday.

Kyle L. Jamison, 38, was taken into custody Monday evening after he fled a Cripple Creek casino in his car, ramming police vehicles as he tried to escape, police said. No one was injured.

Jamison is accused of disguising himself as an Amazon delivery person and robbing the Microtel Inn and Suites around 8:58 p.m. Saturday, according to the Woodland Park Police Department.

A hotel employee stated a white male wearing a ski mask and an Amazon jacket carrying an orange bag entered the hotel and brandished a handgun.

The suspect left the hotel in a vehicle with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was injured.

Jamison has a lengthy criminal history going back several years, according to CBI records.
