Decomposed body found in rising US music star D4vd's Tesla

A decomposed body in a bag was reportedly found in a Tesla belonging to a rising US music star in Los Angeles, according to local media.

News outlet NBC quoted a police statement which reported officers had been called to an impound lot in the city over a “foul odour” coming from one of the vehicles.

They found a badly decomposed body wrapped in a bag in the Tesla’s trunk.

Police told NBC the remains were not intact.

The car had been in the impound lot for several days, after being taken there when a person reported it abandoned.

The Tesla has been widely reported as belonging to singer D4vd, real name David Anthony Burke.

He has not been accused of any wrongdoing.

A spokesperson for him told NBC Burke, who is currently on tour, had been told about the development and was “fully cooperating” with authorities.

Burke, 20, began achieving prominence after some of his songs went viral on TikTok, before he released his debut album Withered this year.
