SHOCKER! Noah Presgrove Update! Attorney Blames Noah!

Noah Presgrove’s estate filed a wrongful death lawsuit in June naming Jack Newton, his father, Caleb Newton, and five others.

Up until now, the only individuals who have issued a response are Jack Newton and Caleb Newton. Listed among the other defendants in the wrongful death lawsuit are Avery Jo Howard, Carter Combs, Johnnie Trout Wilcoxson Jr., Stevie Howard, and Logan Jernigan.

The lawsuit accuses Avery, Carter, and Logan of hosting the party Noah went to at a residence on Johnnie’s land, which is owned by Stevie. It also claims that Jack Newton procured alcohol for the event, while Caleb Newton, his father, permitted them to use the vehicle involved in Noah’s rollover incident.

The recent UPDATE comes from the lawyer representing Jack Newton, allegedly Noah’s best friend, along with his father. They argue that Noah’s death, which occurred two years prior, was an “unavoidable accident, casualty, and misfortune,” and shockingly, they attribute fault to Noah!!!!!!
