GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Gainesville Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in identifying four young women involved in a shoplifting case at a local Walmart earlier this month.
The incident occurred on November 9 at the Walmart located at 5700 NW 23rd St. Surveillance footage captured four women, disguised with blankets and bonnets, as they concealed and stole merchandise valued at approximately $55.
Authorities are encouraging anyone with information about the suspects or their location to reach out to Officer Porta at 352-213-6177 or via email at portacc@cityofgainesville.org. Alternatively, tips can be provided anonymously to Alachua County Crime Stoppers at 352-372-7867 or through the website www.stopcrime.tv.
