Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and his lawyer are discussing plans for a major return once the disgraced rapper is released from jail, although the timing remains uncertain.

Diddy is slated for sentencing on two felony charges in early October. Meanwhile, he describes facing harsh conditions, including ‘maggot-infested’ food, at the infamous Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn.

Diddy’s chief attorney, Marc Agnifilo, has addressed a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian, outlining several issues with MDC and requesting that his client be released until sentencing.

Combs’ former girlfriend Gina Huynh, who disappeared during the trial and declined to testify, now speaks positively about Combs, declaring that she has forgiven ‘the man I once loved’ and calls for his release: ‘Free Diddy.’

Huynh, a model and influencer, was involved with Combs from 2014 to 2019 and has publicly discussed the physical and emotional abuse she suffered during their relationship.

Huynh claims the Bad Boy Records founder coerced her into terminating two pregnancies, stomped on her stomach, punched her head, and more.
