An ex-partner of Sean “Diddy” Combs, who used the pseudonym “Jane” for privacy, took the witness stand this week in a federal case involving sex trafficking and racketeering against the rapper. She recounted intensely emotional episodes dubbed “hotel nights,” during which she performed sexual acts with other men as Combs observed.

Jane testified that Combs manipulated her by covering her rent, using it to exert control and referred to it as “leverage.” She described feeling dehumanized, comparing her treatment to that of an “animal.” Jane pleaded for him to cease his coercion into engaging with male escorts and expressed shock upon hearing about Cassie Ventura’s lawsuit filed against him.

Jane also said she was with Combs on the day CNN released security footage showing him kicking Ventura in a Los Angeles hotel hallway.

Combs has denied all allegations of wrongdoing.
