During Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex trafficking trial, jurors listened to testimony from a witness who claimed that the fallen music icon held her over a balcony, making her fear for her life. Bryana “Bana” Bongolan, a designer and acquaintance of Cassie Ventura Fine, alleged Combs dangled her from a 17-story balcony. According to her testimony, Combs then forcibly threw her onto furniture on the balcony, causing a bruise on her leg and pain in her neck and back.
Brendan Paul, a 25-year-old from Ohio, who is both a basketball player and an aspiring music producer, and who recently graduated from Fairmont State University in West Virginia, is facing accusations of being Combs’ “drug mule.” He was apprehended on drug-related charges at a Miami airport while trying to board a private jet with Combs.
In a sidebar during a lunch break, the judge spoke to Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, alleging that Combs was attempting to sway the jury by nodding at them during Bongolan’s testimony. The prosecution then introduced a witness who claims to have been trafficked by Combs up until last year. This individual, testifying under the alias “Jane,” began delivering her account.
