A jury has been seated in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex-trafficking trial.
Prosecutors began with their opening remarks, followed by the testimony from witnesses. It remains uncertain if “Victim 3” will appear in court to give her testimony. Last week, a prosecutor noted that both she and her lawyer were unaccounted for.
“Victim 1,” Cassie Ventura, will be the prosecution’s third witness to take the stand. In response, Combs’ legal team might attempt to undermine her testimony by depicting her as aggressive and forceful, suggesting she has too strong of a personality to be easily manipulated.
