Florida police arrested a man on Wednesday for raping a 97-year-old woman last month.

WPLG reported that the elderly victim is in hospice care and is nonverbal and bedridden. The victim’s niece, who serves as her legal guardian, allegedly received a notification from a Ring camera showing Timothy Morris, 66, raping the woman.

Morris was reportedly helping care for the victim when hospice staff were not present. According to People, suspicions arose when a hospice nurse informed the niece of discharge coming from the victim’s vagina.

People reported that the niece discreetly installed a Ring camera in the victim’s bedroom. On Wednesday, the niece reportedly received the Ring notification showing Morris raping her aunt.

Morris has pleaded not guilty to sexual battery on a victim who is physically incapacitated. He remains jailed without bond.
