One of Jeffrey Epstein’s notable accusers claimed on Sunday that she has less than a week to live following an alleged horrific car accident involving a school bus.
Virginia Giuffre, who also accused Prince Andrew of sexually abusing her when she was a minor, posted on social media stating that she has “only four days to live” due to the crash reportedly causing her renal failure.
The 41-year-old sexual abuse survivor said that she suffered impending fatal injuries as a result of a school bus hitting her car at nearly 70 mph.
“This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can,” the Instagram post states. “I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology.”
Giuffre, who posted a photograph of herself lying down in a hospital bed with what appears to be severe bruising to her face, wrote that she was “ready to go,” but not until she was able to see her children one more time.
“[B]ut you know what they say about wishes,” she continued. “S**T in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it’s still going to be s**t at the end of the day. Thank you all for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life.”
An individual claiming to be Giuffre’s father responded to her post.
“Virginia my daughter, I love you and praying for you to get the correct treatment to live a long and healthy life,” an individual with the username skyw.roberts wrote in response to Giuffre. “If there is anything in this world I can do to help you, please let me know. My spirit with you now and holding your hand.”
Giuffre’s father’s name is Sky Roberts and her mother’s name is Lynn Roberts.
According to a report from The Sun, Giuffre had recently separated from her husband of 22 years and is estranged from their three children, all of whom are teenagers.
Giuffre’s allegations against Epstein and subsequent legal battle resulted in numerous highly anticipated document releases following the accused sex offender’s death. Epstein died by suicide in his jail cell as he awaited trial on allegations of running a global sex-trafficking ring.
She also reached an out-of-court settlement with Prince Andrew that was reportedly worth the equivalent of $16 million after she claimed Andrew sexually abused her when she was 17 and he was 41. Giuffre’s lawsuit claimed that the alleged abuse took place in three locations: Jeffrey Epstein’s New York town house, Epstein’s private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Ghislaine Maxwell’s London apartment.
It was the latter location where a photograph appeared to show Andrew with his arm around the then-17-year-old’s waist, with Maxwell smiling on the right, in the background of the frame.
