Paola Zarate Lassalle allegedly sent an 11-year-old girl who had problems with her daughter threatening messages over TikTok that said “Ima kill you ho lmao.” (Palm County Sheriff’s Office)
A Florida mom inserted herself into a preteen spat when she allegedly sent threatening and profanity-laden messages to a girl who had problems with her daughter.
The Palm County Sheriff’s Office began investigating in late January when the mother of an 11-year-old girl contacted law enforcement about a series of messages sent over TikTok to her daughter by the mom of a classmate at Okeeheelee Middle School. The mother said her daughter and another girl had problems with each other. While the two girls had apparently ironed their issues out through mediators at the school, the mother of the other girl apparently could not move on, according to a probable cause arrest affidavit.
Deputies reviewed the messages sent by the mother, later identified as 28-year-old Paola Zarate Lassalle, a few days prior.
The first one started with a wave emoji and allegedly said “Wake up lil girl if u want problems u got them f— you your momma and u got a dad so yeah b—- f— with [daughter’s name] one more time and I promise u your mom and anybody that wants to get they a– whooped let me know because I’ll go to ur home don’t play with her.”
Several more messages of the same tone followed. Zarate Lassalle also gave her address and phone number and suggested they meet up to fight, according to the affidavit.

Deputies tied the TikTok account sending the messages to Zarate Lassalle. Her husband also sent messages to the girl, deputies said. He hasn’t been charged.
Zarate Lassalle was arrested Friday on a charge of written threats to kill or do bodily harm, a second-degree felony. She has since posted a $15,000 bond. She did not immediately return a phone call for comment.
