Developing: Georgia Teen Charged with First-Degree Murder Nearly 5 Months After Mother and Stepfather’s Deaths

A bond hearing is scheduled tomorrow for a Georgia teen accused of killing her mother and stepfather.

According to the Times-Georgian, Sarah Grace Patrick, is scheduled to appear Thursday, at the Carroll County Superior Court.

Patrick, who is the daughter of Kristen Brock, aged 41, and the stepdaughter of James Brock, aged 45, has been charged with two counts of murder and two counts of aggravated assault.

The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office reported that Patrick surrendered at the county jail in July, months after she allegedly made a 911 call about the killings.

According to a previous report by CrimeOnline, Patrick contacted emergency services on February 20 after her 6-year-old sister discovered the couple shot at their home located in the 1500 block of Tyus Carrollton Road.

Police stated there were no signs of a break-in at the residence, but one of the doors had been left open.

A motive for the killings is currently unknown. Check back for updates.
