Authorities have launched an intensive search for suspects following the alleged stabbing of two young men near Melbourne’s central business district earlier today.

According to police reports, the incident occurred at approximately 3:15 a.m. on Palmer Street in Collingwood. The victims, aged 21 and 22, were reportedly attacked by unknown assailants.

Following the assault, the perpetrators are believed to have fled the scene in a vehicle.

Both victims were transported to the hospital, where they are being treated for serious injuries that are not considered life-threatening.

Police are seeking information from the public as their investigation continues.
