A Utah woman who disappeared following a bonfire event in California has been discovered unharmed.
On Sunday, the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office announced in a statement that 35-year-old Danielle Staley has been found and is safe, without any injuries.
Previously reported by CrimeOnline, Staley was last spotted at a bonfire gathering in Aptos, close to Rio Del Mar State Beach, on November 7 at approximately 11:30 p.m.
Authorities from Santa Cruz County had expressed concerns about her safety, suspecting potential foul play after discovering her personal items abandoned.
Details about the location where she was found remain unclear, and no further information has been released at this point.
“We extend our heartfelt thanks to the community and all who contributed information and efforts in the search for Danielle. We are immensely grateful and relieved she has been located and is secure,” the sheriff’s office conveyed.
