Lori Vallow’s Convictions Pile Up

In under 30 minutes, a jury found Lori Vallow Daybell guilty of plotting to murder her niece’s former husband, Brandon Boudreaux. This is Vallow’s third criminal trial in under three years.

Prior to this, Vallow had already been found guilty of killing her children, Tylee Ryan and JJ Vallow; Tammy Daybell, the first wife of her current husband, Chad Daybell; and her previous husband, Charles Vallow.

On July 11, in the morning, Charles Vallow went to Lori’s rented house in Chandler, Arizona, intending to bring JJ to school. Lori’s brother, Alex Cox, was present as well. Within an hour, Charles Vallow had been shot by Cox and was found lying in a pool of blood. Cox claimed he acted in self-defense and was not charged.

In June 2021, a Maricopa County grand jury indicted Lori Vallow on one count of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder in the death of Charles Vallow.
